◎ 設計士コメント
玄関一つの2世帯同居型住宅で、世帯ごとのスペースのほかに家族みんなで共用できる別スペースを設けるなど、適度な二世帯の距離感に配慮しました。その一つがテラスです。眺めの良い広いテラスは、家族みんなで花火やバーべキューを楽しむのに最適な場所となっています。
また、使用している材木や建材にもこだわり、土台には桧、和室廻りの柱にはケヤキを使用し、廊下や和室の塗り壁には健康を考え珪藻土を使用しています。
