◎ 設計士コメント
全体的にゆとりのある設計で、将来2世帯で住むことを前提にした住宅です。
廊下を家の中心に通すことにより、風通しの良いプランになっています。また、3階の各所洋室は2面に窓を設け、採光と通風に気を配りました。廊下の幅はゆとりのある1220mm。大きめの収納スペースも設けています。
将来おじいちゃんとおばあちゃんの部屋になる2階の洋室には、老後のことも考慮して、専用トイレを設置しました。
